You’ll work for the Centre of Excellence (CoE): a European Bechtle team that focuses on the development of propositions, targeted at a specific horizontal or vertical market. The Centre of Excellence originates from the strategic choice of Bechtle IT E-Commerce to raise the profile of our 24 European locations as Solution Sellers.
In order to achieve this, each location will have a local ambassador who supports sales colleagues in the case of questions emerging from the propositions. If the ambassador has additional technical questions, these will be answered by the Technical Consultant.
As Proposition Manager/Modern Collaboration Sales Specialist, you have a dual role within the Centre of Excellence. First of all, you are responsible for (further) developing and managing modern meetings propositions that we offer our customers in Europe. You are the ‘director’ of the entire chain: from customer journey to implementing the propositions. Furthermore, you assist the ambassadors with the bigger invitations to tender.
You know the business IT market. You know what the competition does and what the customer needs are. You interpret all of this into a tailored proposition that best meets the customer’s needs. You are the contact person for commercial issues. In future, your role may be supplemented with other verticals or horizontals.
